Do I have to pay extra for my pyjamas to be monogrammed?

Nope! Our monogramming service is FREE – so you can get up to three initials beautifully embroidered onto your PJs. If you would like more initials or a word embroidered into your garments we can do this at an extra charge – please contact us and we will be happy to guide you.

How many letters can I have monogrammed?

Your monogram can be either two or three characters long. These could be your initials (CJ, PJW), newlyweds’ initials (L&C), or Mum and her little one’s initials (M&L) - the choice is yours.

Can I mix and match colours?

Yes! What a fabulous idea! All our items are available for purchase individually, so you can be as creative as you like.

What are your pyjamas and robes made from?

All our pyjamas and robes are 100% luxury cotton including the bespoke monogram. They are light, soft and breathable – perfect for sleeping in. We have a range of colours for you to choose from: dusky pink, soft sage green, classic navy, natural white and our limited-edition rose red.

Do the children’s and the adults’ pyjamas match?

Yes they do! The children’s pyjamas are precisely the same colour, material and style as the adults’ range so both you and your little one can wear matching pyjamas. Bedtime just got a whole lot cuter!

I have fallen in love with a piece I saw in a magazine, how do I find it?

If you have seen something special and can’t find the item on our website, please contact us and we will be most happy to point you in the right direction.

How do I know which size is best?

We’ve created size guide which you can find [here.] If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to email us on support@lookandcover.co.uk. We are always more than happy to help you find your perfect fit.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Of course you can! Once you've added your items to your shopping bag, simply click on the shopping bag icon and write a message in the box provided. We'll then hand write your greeting on one of beautiful greetings cards and pop it in your package. If you'd like to add more than one gift note to your order, please email us to let us know on support@lookandcover.co.uk.

Will you be restocking sold-out items?

We will endeavour to restock all sold-out items as quickly as possible. If there is a particular item you’re hoping for, then please do contact us and we will try to help the best we can. Please be aware that at busy times we cannot guarantee your item will reach you before a certain date as we only stock a certain number of each item.

Do you only deliver to the UK mainland?

As standard we only deliver to the UK mainland, but we are always happy to try and help. Please email support@lookandcover.co.uk as we would need to quote on an individual basis.

I haven’t received my email confirmation?

After placing your order online, your payment will be processed and you should receive an email confirmation within the hour. If you do not receive an email, check your Junk folder (just to be sure) then please contact us at support@lookandcover.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

Your item will take three to four working days to be delivered. Our bespoke monogramming service takes three days to complete. Once your items have been personalised we will dispatch them next day delivery. If your item has not arrived within this timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us on support@lookandcover.co.uk. Please be aware that your order may take longer to be delivered over a bank holiday.

How should I care for my new pyjamas?

We do suggest that you only wash your items on a cold wash (30°C should be fine) and iron on a low heat. Don’t tumble dry or use bleach and please take extra care to only wash with similar colours - we don’t want any accidents.

My item has arrived and there’s something wrong with it, what should I do?

Oh no! We are very sorry if this is the case - this should never happen as we always take extra care when wrapping your item to check for any faults. If we haven’t spotted a problem, then please get in touch and we will see what we can do for you. We want you to be thrilled with your Look & Cover purchases so if this is not the case please contact us as soon as possible at support@lookandcover.co.uk.

Can I return an item if it has been monogrammed?

Sadly no, as our items are one-off pieces that are created just for you. However, if an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, do let us know by emailing support@lookandcover.co.uk.

How do I know if you have received my return?

We will always try to contact you as soon as we receive your item. If it has been over seven working days and you haven’t heard anything from us, please get in touch.

Do you have a shop?

At present, Look & Cover products are only available online. We personalise and lovingly package your orders in our workshop in beautiful Cumbria. However, watch this space...

Can I return an item that hasn't been monogrammed?

If your Look & Cover item hasn't been monogrammed and doesn't fit how you'd like it to or doesn't look quite right then don't worry! We would be more than happy to offer you a refund within 28 days of ordering. All we ask is that the item is in its original condition with its packaging and tags attached. We do ask that you pay the delivery costs to return the items. For our returns address please email support@lookandcover.co.uk   

Please note refunds will be at our discretion - unfortunately, if an item is returned to us worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund.
